This is a unique service catered to individual needs. It is all about matching location and potential properties against individual needs. It is through asking specific detailed questions on what you are looking for and why: eg., holiday home, interests: golf, walking, water sports, type of property etc., MYspanishproperties filter your needs until we can offer you a choice of a few properties that tick your personal requirements.

This process can take from a few weeks or much longer, dependent on you the buyer. The more information the easier the process becomes. Sometimes we discover that other regions of Spain are more suited and so you will be passed over to one of our network of agents who will follow on with the work we have already started.
